MY STORY
I was working in the corporate world for five years. Being inside 9 hours a day, I struggled to find the perfect balance between work and fitness. I was waking up at 4:30 everyday to train, was finding it hard to find time to prep, and was feeling exhausted throughout the day. I decided my fitness journey was more important to me than a job that I didn't care about, so I made a huge leap of faith and started my PT studies. I have been a PT at Beach Fit Bondi, Sydney for a number of years now and work with a diverse range of fantastic women who are willing to put in the work to get the results they desire.
